Cross stitch pattern by Blackbird Designs. Number 4 of the Loose Feathers Series is "All the Hills Echoed." The name of the pattern is taken from Nurse's Song by William Blake. This poem describes a woman watching her young children from a window. Night is approaching and she wants them to come inside. There is a small silver of daylight left, and the children want to stay outside and play longer. The early evening echoes with laughter. A large blue home stands on the right side of this design. A peacock, as well as a few other birds are standing around the home. Stitch count is 91W x 91H.
