Stitching in the Wild 2027 will be at Montgomery Alabama on September 9 - 12, 2027

Cancelation policy

Cancellations before March 1, 2027: 
100% Full refund minus a $25 processing fee.


Cancellations between March 1 and May 1, 2027:
 50% refund only if we are able to fill your spot from the wait list minus a $25 processing fee.



Cancellations after May 1, 2027: 
No refunds will be issued.


Why these dates: We begin incurring retreat expenses well in advance. These cutoff dates allow us to plan responsibly while also offering you flexibility where possible.

 Waitlist = Best chance for a refund!:  We will maintain a waitlist once registration fills. If you need to cancel and we are able to offer your seat to someone from the list, that’s your best route to a refund


There will be about 150 attendees. We will have 6 or 7 people per table.
We will have a smalls exchange (6" x 6" max size, package you item is a themed bag related to your item like Christmas, Halloween, patriotic ....) The theme of the retreat is anything "Wild" (color, animal, nature, whatever you think wild is)

We will have an annex available for shopping (Trunk show and exclusive designs). On our exclusive designs we will bring thread packs and called for fabrics. The following vendors will also be selling at the retreat - Fabrics by Stephanie, Romy's Creations and Mani di Donna.

The entry fee will cover your seat and entrance to the event only. The hotel will have a block rate for the event. After payment will you receive the link for the block rate. You will be responsible for your meals and transportation to and from the event.

At registration you will be provided with a name tag and other goodies as a gift for attending from Ronny and Gary. This gift is only for those that attend the evert and not part of the registration fee. If you do not attend you will not be getting this gift.
